Meet Daisy

"Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded, it is a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well, can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity."

DAISY SWANSON
I am in the field of mental health because I firmly believe in the incredible strength of the human spirit and our ability to create desired change.
My education in Marriage and Family Therapy afforded an elevated perspective of the human condition through the lens of larger influential systems. This holistic framework provides powerful insights into the narratives we believe and the behaviors we hold on to that hold us back from the live we desire to live.
My professional experience has brought deeper understanding of our fixed human behavior and allowed me to develop advanced ways to ignite movement and create lasting change for my clients.
I truly believe that we were created for more than just getting by day to day. We are created to experience this life in the abundance of joy, peace, and prosperity. (John 10:10). It is through the belief of these foundational truths that I find my passion to walk along those of you who are feeling you have lost perspective, motivation, or direction. Perhaps you feel you have even lost yourself.
Maybe you have come to this same place of feeling stuck over and over again, tired of little movement. Now is the time to finally cross over into the life you hope to experience. I would be honored if you would allow me to walk along with you as you go from here to there.
